Ashoka Group of Schools marked Teachers’ Day by honouring educators who have completed five to 20 years of dedicated service, recognising their contribution to the school community and generations of learners. 2026, held from Sept 5 to 7 at The Grand Ballroom, CCM Mall, Nashik. Students of Std 9 and 10 represented the school with an innovative project on hygiene and sanitisation, focusing on technology-based solutions for cleanliness, public health and community welfare.
“I am very proud to be a part of Ashoka and very happy that it takes so many efforts in building a beautiful and respectful community for teachers,” said senior educator Suhas Mandlik, speaking on behalf of the Ashoka educators. The Tenure Awards were presented during celebrations at the Arjun Nagar and Ashoka Marg campuses by Managing Trustee Astha Kataria, Secretary Shrikant Shukla and the respective school heads. Teachers’ Day was celebrated with enthusiasm and gratitude at Rasbihari International School, where students organised a special programme to honour their teachers for their guidance and support. Students presented handcrafted photo-frame greetings as tokens of love, respect and gratitude, reflecting their admiration for their mentors. Students of New Era English School participated in the Kumbhathon Innovation S.P.R.I.N.T. The three-day hackathon brought together innovators, programmers, startup teams and young entrepreneurs to develop impactful ideas and solutions. Teachers’ Day celebrated with enthusiasm at Bhonsala Military School Teachers’ Day was celebrated with enthusiasm, discipline and a spirit of inspiration at Bhonsala Military School, Nashik, run by the Central Hindu Military Education Society. In keeping with the ethos of a military residential school, students took on the roles of teachers and conducted the first four academic periods of the day.
