The arrest comes days after actor Tusshar Kapoor allegedly received an extortion threat demanding Rs 5 crore. Investigators are questioning Mishra to determine why he sent the messages and whether the money demand was part of an extortion attempt. The sender claimed to be Harry Boxer, an alleged member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. However, the Mumbai Crime Branch found no match between the voice in the message and available samples of Boxer.
