Mumbai: A sessions court on Thursday issued process against Yashovardhan Birla and 12 others on a complaint filed by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs , Govt of India, over funds raised through an IPO for BPML and alleged diversion of part of those funds through several entities. The matter has been adjourned to Oct 13. For these filing defects, the court directed the Registrar of Companies to deposit Rs 500 as cost to govt within two weeks.
