Pune: A Pune-based foundation has donated an electric scooter to a women’s welfare organisation to support its activities aimed at empowering women. The Kudale Foundation handed over an Ampere electric scooter, manufactured by Greaves Electric Mobility, to the Tuljai Foundation during the inauguration of a new showroom at Tingre Nagar near Vishrantwadi on the occasion of Ghatasthapana. The scooter keys were handed over by A S Kudale at the Ampere showroom on Airport Road. Rekha Ghode, founder and secretary of the Tuljai Foundation, was recognised for her work towards women’s empowerment.
