KMC mayor Rouparani Nikam said mandals should celebrate without inconveniencing residents and keep half the road open to traffic. Karveer provincial officer Mosami Chougule chairs the Kolhapur committee, which consists of deputy commissioner Kiran Dhanwade and deputy superintendent of police Priya Patil as members.
