Chikhali police arrested the duo later in the day under Section 109 (attempt to murder) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and relevant sections of the Arms Act.

Shooting Incident in Jadhavwadi Involves Local Residents
Ravi Ghogare, a 26-year-old resident of Jadhavwadi, sustained a bullet wound to his stomach in a recent incident. After receiving medical treatment at a nearby hospital, Ghogare filed a police complaint against two individuals: his friend, Swapnil Jadhav, and Jadhav’s driver, Roshan Pingle, who is 28 years old. Both men are also from Jadhavwadi.
Jadhav was in possession of an illegal firearm,” Phadtare said. Ghogare suffered a bullet injury to his stomach and went to a hospital for treatment. “After receiving information from the hospital, we recorded Ghogare’s statement and registered a case.
