Nagpur: Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation ( MSRTC ) is set to launch non-stop, conductorless air-conditioned e-bus services on Nagpur-Chandrapur and Nagpur-Wardha routes from October 1, offering passengers faster intercity travel with a total of 84 trips scheduled daily on the two routes.
The 12-metre air-conditioned e-buses will operate at a fare of Rs380 for Nagpur-Chandrapur and Rs220 for Nagpur-Wardha, according to MSRTC.
MSRTC said the introduction of the services would also provide a more comfortable travel option between Nagpur and the two neighbouring cities. The services are aimed at reducing travel time while providing passengers with a comfortable journey. The non-stop services are expected to help passengers save travel time as the buses will not make intermediate stops.
