It said the chargesheet didn’t have the postmortem examination report and only a provisional cause of death certificate was placed on record. Additional sessions judge Ganesh P Deshmukh observed that Mahesh Wad (34) had been in custody since March 18 and that the investigation record contained several shortcomings relevant to the consideration of his bail application.
