Nagpur: A fire broke out at a cafe in Mangalam Complex, Gokulpeth, in the early hours of Sunday, causing damage estimated at around Rs2 lakh.

A security guard noticed smoke coming from the cafe and alerted the Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) control room, according to fire officials. Total damage is expected to be around Rs2 lakh,” an official said. Personnel from the NMC’s Civil Lines fire station brought the blaze under control before it could spread further.
