Sangvi police on Tuesday arrested the 25-year-old pharmacist and one of his relatives, and registered a case against the pharmacist’s mother, sister and two others. The incident took place on Monday afternoon when the complainant (58) was at his clinic. The police have registered a case under sections 319 (criminal trespass), 115 (voluntarily causing hurt), 189 and 190 (rioting) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), along with relevant sections of the Maharashtra Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage or Loss to Property) Act.
