The facility has been kept locked, preventing residents from accessing services and submitting grievances, according to activist M Chandramohan. The office, established by the govt for public use, is located near the taluk office on the Bengaluru Road in Krishnagiri. Chandramohan, who is also the state president of the Consumer Welfare Association, brought a cow to the MLA office and tied it at the entrance.
