He asked whether the CM or home minister had told anyone about such dissatisfaction or had posted anything to that effect on Facebook. Chulliyil also dismissed any reports of a rift between chief minister V D Satheesan and home minister Ramesh Chennithala over the incident.
Kottayam : Youth Congress working president Binu Chulliyil on Tuesday said the party would show black flags to Prime Minister Narendra Modi too, if the need arose. Speaking to reporters in Alappuzha on Tuesday, he said the black flag shown to Union home minister Amit Shah was part of Youth Congress’s nationwide protest.
Chulliyil said Yuva Morcha itself did not know why it was protesting against state ministers, and that it was becoming a laughing stock before the public. He was reacting to Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha stepping up its protest across the state after Youth Congress showed the black flag to Shah.
