As part of the hive-off earlier this year, Octave already has around 2,000 employees in India, spread across Hyderabad and Delhi NCR. This includes around 1,600 employees in Hyderabad, where it plans another 300-400 hires. Globally, Octave has a headcount of around 7,200 across 45 countries. Octave caters to more than 60% of the global Fortune 500 and about 4,500 customers in 180 countries.
Hyderabad: Octave Intelligence plc, which develops software for mission-critical facilities and infrastructure and was formed after its hive-off from Swedish tech giant Hexagon, inaugurated its first global technology and innovation centre in India in Hyderabad, positioning the facility as a major hub for its worldwide software, artificial intelligence and product development work. The Hyderabad centre will support Octave’s global business across software engineering, AI, data, cloud, product development and other advanced technologies.
