Former students of CBCS, AU, Shashwat Mani has been invited for fully funded PhD in Cognitive Science
Prayagraj : Shashwat Mani, an alumnus of the Centre of Behavioural and Cognitive Sciences (CBCS), Allahabad University, has joined the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), USA, for a five-year fully funded PhD programme in Biomedical Engineering.

A Computer Science graduate from United Institute, Naini, and MSc holder from CBCS, Mani previously worked as a junior research fellow with IIIT-Hyderabad, studying neural mechanisms of learning.
He will pursue doctoral research under Prof Bharat Biswal, a noted expert in neuroimaging and cognitive neuroscience. Mani’s research focuses on learning, perception and memory using behavioural methods and functional MRI (fMRI).
