Ahead of the visit, DM Shashank Tripathi and SSP Gaurav Grover carried out inspections of major event locations. Traffic diversion plans, both within the district and for adjoining districts, have been prepared to regulate vehicular movement during the event. The entire venue will be monitored through CCTV surveillance, while an Integrated Command and Control Centre and a Yellow Zone Control Room are also being established. Additional police personnel and specialised security agencies have been deployed to ensure foolproof security and smooth conduct of the festival and the Chief Minister’s visit.
