Lucknow: Lucknow University has secured 12 selections under the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) doctoral fellowship programme, the highest among state universities in Uttar Pradesh , according to the university.

Of the 12 research scholars selected, 10 have been awarded full-term doctoral fellowships for two years, while two have received short-term fellowships for six months to complete their doctoral research.

Under the full-term fellowship, each selected scholar will receive Rs 20,000 per month and an annual contingency grant of Rs 20,000.
