Police said they received information about the woman climbing the tower and immediately reached the spot. The woman, Tulsa, had travelled to Lucknow from Agra alleging that a neighbour had encroached upon her plot, according to preliminary information. With the assistance of a fire service vehicle, the woman was persuaded to climb down safely. Tulsa alleged that a man named Man Singh had occupied her around one-and-a-half bigha of land and threatened to kill her whenever she sought action. Download the TOI App.
