Lucknow: A new citizen-feedback initiative by the Lucknow Traffic Police is facing technical difficulties. Residents have reported that the QR code intended to direct them to the traffic police’s Google Form is instead leading to an unrelated webpage. This issue undermines the purpose of the initiative, which aims to enhance community engagement and improve traffic management through public input.
The technical issue emerged a day after the initiative received 14 suggestions on Monday. Among the suggestions was a proposal to remove the 1090 roundabout, while others flagged traffic bottlenecks and encroachments, particularly along Ayodhya Road. DCP Traffic Raveena Tyagi said the reported QR code problem would be fixed shortly.
