Sanjay Arora, a noted TedX speaker, will conduct a master class on branding at the upcoming 11th India Food Expo. This event is scheduled to take place over three days, starting September 18. Arora’s session aims to provide industry professionals with insights into effective branding strategies relevant to the food sector.

Lucknow: The 11th edition of India Food Expo-2026 is expected to generate potential business opportunities worth Rs 750-1,000 crore for MSMEs in food processing and allied sectors, organisers, Indian Industries Association (IIA) officials, said on Wednesday.

The three-day expo, to be held from Sept 18 to 20 in Gomti Nagar, will be inaugurated by deputy chief minister Keshav Maurya. Stating that the event will bring together entrepreneurs, manufacturers, technology providers, buyers, investors, financial institutions and govt agencies, IIA national treasurer Awadhesh K Agrawal said enterprises from Uttarakhand, Delhi, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, West Bengal and Punjab, besides Uttar Pradesh, were expected to participate. The programme will include seminars and technical sessions on food-processing technology, quality, packaging, exports, value addition and business expansion. Visitors will be able to explore govt schemes, subsidies and incentives, besides interacting with banks on financing options for starting or expanding businesses. The expo will also showcase franchise opportunities, emerging business models and avenues for branding and marketing local products under ODOP and ODOC.
