The report cites complaints by at least 11 individuals and recommends departmental action against those found prima facie involved. At the centre of the report are two criminal cases registered in December 2025. The second FIR was lodged at Kaiserbagh police station on December 29, 2025, on the complaint of a nursing staff member against a resident doctor. Complaints were raised by at least 11 individuals, including nursing personnel and resident doctors, across these departments, according to the STF. The document also refers to a police case registered at Chowk police station and notes that the doctor was arrested on January 9, 2026.

The first case relates to a complaint by a junior resident doctor from the Pathology Department against a fellow resident doctor. Beyond the two criminal cases, the allegations primarily concern the Nursing Services, Microbiology, Pathology, Medicine, and Radiology departments. The pathology department features the largest number of allegations, naming one resident doctor as the central figure in complaints involving multiple women doctors. It further states that the university’s Internal Complaints Committee found him guilty of the allegations levelled against him.
