Pankaj enjoys the fruits of his labor on the property, including mangoes and kathal, according to recent news. The garden is also great for birdwatching, and, according to reports, it can even serve as a makeshift football ground. The exterior of the building is primarily white and, combined with the greenery, it resembles a bungalow. There is also a significant amount of greenery surrounding the house. The interior of the house is quite rustic as well, featuring a variety of wooden furniture and accents. The walls are a simple shade of beige, and most of the furniture items are made of wood. Some of the most notable ones include the dining table, which is made of actual rosewood and was specially ordered from Mysore. The large windows allow enough sunlight to brighten the interiors without the need for artificial lighting. Speaking of traditional furniture, most of the items that can be seen in this home are made of wood. Even the seating arrangements are mostly traditional, with one of the rooms containing a charpoy, also known as a khatiya.
