The Tudor-style property in Jamaica Estates, New York, has sold for $1.93 million, bringing a fresh chapter to a home whose history began long before Trump entered politics, reported The New York Post. Located at 85-15 Wareham Place, the house was built in 1940 by Trump’s father, real estate developer Fred Trump. The two-story Tudor-style property covers about 3,100 square feet. It was initially listed for $2.3 million before a price reduction brought it closer to $2 million.
