Zolciak and Biermann bought the mansion in October 2012 for about $880,000, shortly after their wedding. It sits on about 1.78 acres inside the gated Manor Golf & Country Club and overlooks a lake and the golf course’s 18th fairway. There is a 500-bottle wine cellar, billiards area, arcade, home theater, bar and gym with a massage room. The mansion was listed for $6 million in October 2023. By November 2024, it had fallen to about $3.65 million as foreclosure proceedings approached.

Zolciak later said she had moved into a smaller Georgia home. The house became home to their family and was also featured around their reality-TV life. A separate guest area and space above the garage also offered room for visitors, work or staff. That figure proved difficult to achieve, and the asking price was repeatedly reduced. The Manor, meanwhile, has now moved on to another owner.
