Every win from here adds to his total, but the starts number is locked at 131. There is a catch. Mahomes can only match it now.
Mahomes has lost only 31 of those starts, which is a win rate near 76 percent. 100 wins. Rice has been dealing with a hamstring injury since Week 4, and the bye week bought him extra rest. A win would give Mahomes number 101 in his 132nd start, and Kansas City will need another big day from Walker to get it.
Because, I mean, he’s the GOAT, man,” Mahomes said.
He is doing that while still searching for consistency after his ACL injury, according to Pro Football Network. He’s going to have a lot more than that down the road,” Reid said. The win rate stands out more. CBS Sports reporter Melanie Collins asked him about the tie on the field. Mahomes did not wave it off. “I mean, it’s awesome. “He’s the one that has kinda shown us how to do it in winning the Super Bowls and winning every single week. So it’s always an honor if you’re mentioned in his name. But it seems like every time I win a game, I’m tying him, so I’m gonna keep winning. Andy Reid has coached Mahomes through every one of those starts, and his take was drier. “We’re lucky to have him, right? We all know that. We’re lucky to have him. He does a heck of a job playing. His status for the next game is still unclear. That next game is Sunday Night Football at Seattle, the defending Super Bowl champions. Walker was the Super Bowl MVP for the Seahawks, so he will see old teammates across the field.
