Travis Kelce’s mother has reportedly sold her recently renovated Orlando condo for $485,000, walking away with a substantial gain after purchasing it several years ago. Donna sold her 1,434-square-foot condo in Orlando’s Baldwin Park neighbourhood for $485,000, according to reports. She originally purchased the two-bedroom, two-bathroom property for $355,000 in May 2019. The difference gives her a reported gross gain of $130,000 before accounting for renovation expenses and other selling costs. Donna is reportedly moving into a 2,549-square-foot residence in the same Florida city.
Because donna had invested considerable effort into updating the property earlier this year, the timing is particularly notable.
“It feels like you’re turning this place into a bit of a gilded palace, if I must say,” Jason joked. Donna Kelce is ready to turn the page on her Florida property journey, and the latest sale has given her another reason to celebrate. However, this is not simply a story about a profitable real estate deal. Donna has also set her sights on a bigger home, trading her two-bedroom property for a more spacious lakefront residence. The move comes after months of improvements to her previous home, making the timing of the sale particularly interesting. In March, she began a renovation project that included replacing nine windows and six doors. The changes were intended to improve the home’s condition and make it more energy efficient. Donna, however, was quick to explain that the work had a practical purpose rather than being about luxury.
