The Arizona Cardinals drafted Kyler Murray as their first-round, first overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. He signed a four-year, $35.6 million contract with Arizona in May 2019. In April 2022, the Cardinals exercised a $29.70 million option for 2023. But two months later, he signed a massive five-year, $230.5 million contract extension with them. Three months later, he bought a Paradise Valley property for $13.5 million. He finished his Cardinals career with a losing regular-season starting record of 38 wins, 48 losses, and one tie. To top it off, he also decided to give up on Arizona completely, leaving no traces of his painful past – he sold his 8,200 sq-ft Arizona estate for $13.75 million on September 24, 2026, according to Kevin Stone of KTAR News 92.3 FM.

As a result, they did not sign him again when his contract extension ended in 2026. Anyhow, what he lost in Arizona, he may have found in Minnesota. The Oklahoma product soon entered free agency. Several franchises hesitated before signing him, considering his track record with the Cardinals. But there came a winner – the Minnesota Vikings. The multi-million-dollar estate features four bedrooms and seven bathrooms, making it perfect for elevated living. The spacious interiors boast stone, tile, and wood flooring, which give off a luxurious appeal to the sophisticated foundation.

The Vikings signed veteran QB Kyler Murray for a one-year, $1.3 million prove-it deal. In the first few games of the 2026 season, he played like an unbelievable pro. Carson Wentz played instead in Week 2.

This was except for the Week 8 loss to the Detroit Lions and a Week 2 absence due to a Week 1 concussion. He led the team to victories.
