Later, though Jayden Daniels attempted to return in Week 14 wearing a supportive brace he ended up injuring himself again which ended his season with the Washington Commanders. He is currently managing the injury with a specialized brace and rehabilitation, leaving his status for Week 4 questionable and day by day.

A few hours ago, in an interview with ESPN, Jayden Daniels reflected on his injured elbow as he said, “That’s what the brace is for…If I had that concern, I would have gotten surgery. Everything I went through, everybody said I would be good to go if I’m able to be out there Sunday. The popular quarterback added, “I love playing football, I get paid to play football,” Daniels said.

I’m not surprised. But I’m taking it day by day. “Everybody is hurting. I just feel for me being a leader, go out there and give it my shot to go out and play and obviously protect myself. I just love football and have a passion for it.

When asked if he is ready to get back to the field on Sunday, Jayden Daniels said, “What do you think?

Despite the pain, Jayden Daniels traveled with the team to London and was a limited participant in practice on both Wednesday and Thursday. He is practicing while wearing a large, specialized protective brace on his left arm to prevent hyperextension and a repeat dislocation.
