The former reality television star took to her Instagram stories on October 26 to address the sale of the Clearwater, Florida, property, which belonged to the WWE Hall of Famer’s estate. Earlier, Hogan purchased the property in 2012 for approximately $3.3 million. Brooke Hogan shared an emotional reaction to the sale of her late father, Hulk Hogan’s, Florida mansion, expressing heartbreak over the $5.9 million sale. She even added, “Let’s not forget who was there for the 15 years before the vultures swooped in conveniently.
It is to be noted that the Hall of Famer died suddenly due to a cardiac arrest on July 24, 2025. Because it was a place where her father and his former wife, Jennifer McDaniel, had once envisioned growing old together, brooke explained that the mansion held significant memories. In her posts, Brooke recalled the moments she shared with her father inside the home and criticized those she believes have benefited from his legacy. She recalled family gatherings, pool days, cooking together, watching television, playing music and spending time in the garage, where Hulk worked out. She also shared painful memories of helping her father through numerous surgeries and sitting beside him in the chair where he eventually died. For Brooke, the home was connected to years of family memories and the final chapter of her father’s life. Posting several Instagram stories, she wrote, “The sick feeling is indescribable. This house was where Dad and Jen envisioned growing old together. Where we brought him back to…surgery after surgery. Pool days. The smell of gasoline in his garage. His workouts downstairs.
