After leaving WWE in 2019, Ambrose returned to his Jon Moxley name and joined All Elite Wrestling (AEW). He worked in Florida Championship Wrestling before making his main-roster debut at Survivor Series 2012 alongside Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins as The Shield. He developed a long-running rivalry with Seth Rollins and went on to win the Money in the Bank ladder match in 2016.
Ambrose won his first WWE title when he captured the United States Championship. Ambrose also won the Intercontinental Championship three times and the Raw Tag Team Championship twice. Jonathan Good, also known as Dean Ambrose and Jon Moxley, is one of the biggest names to emerge from WWE’s modern era. The Cincinnati-born wrestler became a major star as part of The Shield before building a successful singles career. His WWE run included world titles, the United States Championship and Intercontinental Championship reigns. The group quickly became one of WWE’s most popular factions. After The Shield split, Ambrose became a major singles star. He cashed in the contract on the same night and became WWE World Heavyweight Champion. These accomplishments helped establish him as one of WWE’s top performers.
