Zoom Communications has announced AI Companion 3.0, its latest artificial intelligence tool designed to help users manage meetings, tasks, and customer interactions. The announcement was made at Zoomtopia 2025, the company’s annual conference.
The company said the updates aim to make workplace collaboration and customer management more efficient by reducing manual tasks and providing real-time insights. iPhone Air and iPhone 17 Series Mega Unboxing Zoom also announced Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA), an AI-driven sales tool that can identify potential leads, send personalized outreach, and schedule follow-ups.
Zoom AI Companion 3.0 Launch Details
Zoom’s AI Companion 3.0 is set to launch in November 2025. This update will be available at no additional cost for users with Zoom Workplace accounts. Additionally, a customizable version, known as Custom AI Companion, will be priced at $12 per user per month.
The new AI Companion will enhance productivity by analyzing meeting transcripts, chat histories, documents, and public data to deliver insights and summaries. It will also feature note-taking tools that integrate across Zoom and other platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.
For customer-facing operations, Zoom introduced new features in its Customer Experience suite and Zoom Virtual Agent. Other functions include automated meeting preparation, task reminders, writing assistance, and real-time voice translation. Users will also be able to generate reports and documents using data from both internal and external sources. These include AI tools to assist human agents, track quality of customer interactions, and provide data insights to managers.
