Fortnitemares 2026 is set to bring several horror franchises and characters to Fortnite. Crossovers with Five Nights at Freddy’s, Freddy Krueger from A Nightmare on Elm Street, Beetlejuice, The Purge, Black Clover and Slender Man are confirmed to arrive in Fortnite. While the key art reveals the main Fortnitemares 2026 collaborations, Epic Games could announce additional crossovers as the event progresses through October. The Spice and Chaos Director characters featured in the Halloween Horror Nights scare zone have also been seen wearing new skins, raising the possibility that they could eventually make their way into Fortnite. However, their appearance in the scare zone does not confirm that the characters will be added to the game. Fortnitemares is Fortnite’s annual Halloween event, which was first introduced in 2017.
Epic Games has revealed the main collaboration lineup through new key art ahead of this year’s Halloween event. Epic Games has not indicated through the key art how each collaboration will be incorporated into the game. While the promotional artwork confirms the collaborations listed above, more additions could be revealed during October.
