Vivo has launched the Vivo V80 in India with a 7,200mAh battery, a 50MP ZEISS telephoto camera, a 50MP group selfie camera and a 144Hz 1.5K OLED display. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and supports 90W FlashCharge. It is also the first V-series smartphone to run OriginOS 7 out of the box.
Vivo has added features such as 4K video recording at 60fps, 3X optical zoom, AI-based photo editing and IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance. The phone comes in three colour options and is manufactured at Vivo’s Greater Noida facility.
For selfies and group photos, the V80 has a 50MP ZEISS Group Selfie Camera with a 92-degree wide-angle lens and autofocus. The phone comes with an AI Creative Camera that offers more than 30 AI styles across categories including Travel, Stage, Anime and Landscape. The phone also gets AI Diwali Portrait 2.0, which can add elements such as diyas, rangoli, fireworks and lanterns to festive portraits. Vivo V80 packs a 7,200mAh battery with support for 90W FlashCharge. It features a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 5,000 nits local peak brightness.
Vivo V80 has a 50MP ZEISS Night Telephoto Camera with the Sony IMX882 sensor, optical image stabilisation and 3X optical zoom. The phone also supports 10X Zoom-In Portrait and ZEISS Multifocal Portrait with five focal lengths: 23mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm and 100mm. It also includes AI Facial Contouring and AI Refined Portrait features. Other camera and editing features include AI Retouch, Color Palette and Live Sticker Collage.
Vivo V80 price and offers
Vivo V80 is priced at Rs 62,999 for the 8GB+128GB variant10, Rs 69,999 for the 8GB+256GB, and Rs 79,999 for the 8GB+512GB variant. Starting October 13, Vivo V80 will be available across all partner retail stores, vivo official website, Flipkart, and Amazon16. Vivo V80 is available in Sunrise Anthem, Horizon Blue and Stellar Black colour options. It has an IP68 and IP69 rating for dust and water resistance and comes with six years of security updates.
