Donald Trump Jr says Vice President JD Vance is absolutely right about H-1B visa program.
In an exclusive interview from Air Force 2 to Real American Voice, Vance said the visa program is completely broken. “If you’re going to bring in an accountant making $45,000 a year to replace an accountant who is an American making $60,000 a year, that’s not you using the program to bring in a genius. A second federal judge has now blocked the $100K H-1B visa fee, saying that no necessary process was followed before implementing it. The fee was brought into effect last year on September 21, with a validity of one year.
Because of the court orders, but the administration extended it though the fee is not effective.
Vance said the visa program has been completely taken advantage of — not only by technology companies but also by accounting firms and by people who are basically defrauding American workers. “If you want to bring a genius to America, you can have that conversation,” he said, adding that the administration does not have any problem with real geniuses. Vance said the administration imposed the $100K H-1B visa fee because it is difficult for Congress to change the laws because a lot of people are “bought by the cheap labor lobby”. You are not going to pay it if you are importing cheap labor,” Vance said. “Couldn’t agree more with this and the only people who disagree are the open border lovers who want cheap labor,” President’s son said.
Vice President JD Vance has once again spoken out against H-1B visa abuse and asserted that he is in support of eliminating the program completely. And this time Donald Trump Jr threw his weight behind JD Vance, indicating how serious the administration is in its action against the visa abuse. But as long as it is still there, the Trump administration will be protecting American workers. VP Vance issued similar statements on H-1B frequently in the past few weeks. That’s you destroying American jobs and defrauding the American people… my view is the H1-B program is completely broken. “That’s a lot of money. US District Judge Haywood Gillam became the second judge after a Boston judge had blocked the fee in June.
