The 62-acre estate is now asking $9.8 million, after initially entering the market for $12 million in February 2026, according to the current listing by Wyatt Poindexter. The home was built in 2022 and spans 7,500 square feet, with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a long list of indoor and outdoor amenities. The property is currently being offered with around $3 million worth of custom furniture included, according to the listing. His eldest son, Jackson Holliday, was selected first overall by the Baltimore Orioles in the 2022 MLB Draft and made his major-league debut in 2024.
