Three to four rounds were fired as the actor was leaving a ground in his vehicle amid a large gathering of fans, according to police. Autorickshaw driver Rakesh Kumar, an eyewitness, told news agency ANI that three people were involved in the incident. He said one was on a motorcycle, while the other two were positioned near the gate and further ahead. He said the incident took place around 7pm.
The remarks came a day after gunshots were fired at Tiger Shroff’s car in Mumbai. Shroff escaped unhurt, but two people were injured in the incident, including his driver, Firdaus, who sustained a gunshot wound to his left arm. Kumar alleged that one of the attackers fired towards the seat occupied by Shroff, while another shot struck the driver’s hand. The three accused were detained by Kota City Police at a railway station while travelling on the Pune-Jaipur Express.
NEW DELHI: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday targeted the Centre over the firing incident involving actor Tiger Shroff in Mumbai, accusing the government of providing gangster Lawrence Bishnoi with facilities to carry out criminal activities in India and abroad.
