Dak Prescott addresses the Dallas Cowboys’ brutal performance on the field amid immense anger from analysts and fans

The last 3 seasons have been really hard/toxic/not fun. In the ongoing 2026 NFL season, Dak Prescott has thrown for 1,639 passing yards, 10 touchdowns, and 5 interceptions with a 66.3% completion percentage across 6 games.

A few hours ago, at a post game interview, Dak Prescott reflected on his performance as he said, “The defense, to me, played a good enough game for us to go out there and win this, and we just didn’t hold our own on offense, and that’s what ultimately sucks about it,” Prescott admitted postgame. The Dallas Cowboys’ head coach Matt LaFleur reflected on it as he said, “At the end of the day, you just want it to be called both ways…If they’re going to call it one way, it should be called for the other team as well. Dak Prescott , the Dallas Cowboys’ star quarterback, has recorded a pretty slow run on the field in the new season as the team has continued to struggle. The Dallas Cowboys brutal loss against the Green Bay Packers marked their 4th loss in the new season as the team has managed to win just two games so far. The recent loss has sparked outrage among analysts even as Dak Pescott spoke about it. The star quarterback added, “But that’s the NFL, and we’ve got to figure out a way to get better, and to get out of this rut, hole or whatever it is that we’ve been in these last two games. Everyone is so down/out/embarrassed by this team. It takes a toll. I feel like there have been a lot of times when Jordan’s taken some hits that were close to drawing a penalty, but he’s not getting the calls.
