Transfer orders
G T Pandya, additional secretary in the education department, has been appointed director of information, according to the GAD notification. Alok Kumar Pandey, secretary in the tribal development department, will hold the additional charge of commissioner of relief. Gaurang Makwana, managing director of Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd, will hold the additional charge of managing director of iNDEXTb. S K Prajapati, collector of Mehsana, has been transferred as additional rural development commissioner. Harshit Gosavi, additional secretary in the home department, will replace him as Mehsana collector. C C Kotak, deputy director general of Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration (SPIPA), has been appointed special director of State Institute of Rural Development. Chhota Udepur DDO Sachin Kumar has been appointed deputy secretary in the home department. B N Patel has been appointed director general of Sports Authority of Gujarat.
