Chennai: Freshworks has acquired Robusta Dev, an Israel-based software-as-a-service firm focusing on incident intelligence using AI, it said in a blog post.
The company acquired the incident management platform FireHydrant earlier in January.

It bridges the gap between diagnostic intelligence, IT service management and modern incident orchestration powered by platforms like FireHydrant, it said. “LLMs are fantastic at troubleshooting incidents,” said Natan Yellin, co-founder and CEO of Robusta.
