Targeting Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh, the deputy CM noted that while the Congress and the ‘INDI’ alliance had aimed for a turnout of 10 lakh people at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan, only 10,000 showed up, rendering the entire event a ‘flop show’. It would take them 30 years to attain such positions.

Maurya said: “Now, INDI alliance gathered in Delhi under the umbrella of the Gandhi family in a desperate attempt to save their own existence. The masses have rejected their attempts to topple govt of Prime Minister Narendra Modi . He asserted that Rahul and Akhilesh might pose as a ‘fake’ Prime Minister and a ‘fake’ chief minister respectively, but they are far from being the real ones. As long as the vision of a ‘Developed India’ (Viksit Bharat) and a ‘Developed Uttar Pradesh’ (Viksit Uttar Pradesh) is being pursued, the Congress and SP will not return to power, nor will the BJP lose its hold on governance. On Independence Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had pledged to liberate the nation from ‘dynastic politics’. It’s a testament to the impact of this resolve that many proponents of dynastic politics have since been pushed to the margins. Yet, none of these parties possess the strength to challenge Modi and the BJP.
