Back in May, Brady made his runway debut at Gucci’s Cruise 2027 show in Times Square, and fans did not go easy on him.

GQ dropped an exclusive calling Brady’s look “a leather pants guy at 49,” built around his new Gucci Primavera campaign, and the New York Post ran a nearly identical headline within the hour, pairing his new campaign portrait with his May runway look. Side by side, the two photos are basically twins: same all-black leather, same stiff-shouldered pose, same “I dare you to laugh” expression. Fans said he walked like RoboCop, compared him to the Terminator, and joked he looked like “Tom Bündchen,” a dig at ex-wife Gisele building an entire modeling career while Brady, famously, wouldn’t hang up his cleats for her. The internet had a field day, and Brady, to his credit, said nothing back.

Tom Brady didn’t learn his lesson. He committed to it instead. He just posted pictures on Instagram from his latest Gucci campaign: a full leather getup. One viral tweet asked, “Divorce cause he wouldn’t quit his job but now he wants to do hers???? Antonio Brown, never one to pass up a free shot at his old quarterback, called the look straight-up a “Terminator villain.
