Samsung introduces 30-month no-cost EMI for Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra: The wider industry impact

Samsung has introduced a new 30-month no-cost EMI plan for its latest foldable smartphones — the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold 8, and Galaxy Z Flip 8 — making premium foldable technology more affordable and accessible. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is available at Rs 6,667 per month, a 9% lower EMI compared to the previous-generation Fold7. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 starts at INR 6,000 per month, while the Galaxy Z Flip8 begins at Rs 4,167 per month.

The plan requires zero down payment and is available through Samsung Finance+ (powered by DMI Finance), TVS Credit, IDFC FIRST Bank, and Poonawalla Fincorp.

Built on seven generations of foldable innovation, the new Galaxy Z series combines Galaxy AI with advancements in hinge design, display durability, and performance. The financing plan extends this innovation by lowering the monthly ownership barrier, enabling more consumers to experience Samsung’s foldable ecosystem.

Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Z Flip 8 Colors and Pre-Order Details

The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is now available in four colors: Violet Shadow, Graphite, Cream, and Green Shadow (the latter is an online exclusive). The Galaxy Z Fold 8 comes in Lavender, Graphite, Cream, and Pistachio (also an online exclusive). Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Flip 8 is offered in Pink, Graphite, Cream, and Mint (with Mint being an online exclusive).
