Brittany Mahomes Reflects on Game-Day Experience
Brittany Mahomes recently described her experience at the Kansas City Chiefs game as “Straight chaos 😎❤️.” Despite her playful description, her outfit appeared well-coordinated, contrasting with her caption’s implication of disorder.
Seahawks kicker Jason Myers had a chance to break the tie at the end, but he missed a 52-yard field goal as time expired. The actual game offered little separation between the teams. Kansas City and Seattle traded field goals before finishing tied at nine. For Brittany, the appearance also continued a pattern that has become familiar during Patrick’s NFL career. She regularly attends Chiefs games and has used game days for Chiefs-themed outfits, family appearances and posts from Arrowhead.
“I think being the significant other to an NFL player is an incredibly hard role, and we take on a lot of important stuff behind the scenes that people don’t get to see,” Brittany said. In a February interview with Sports Illustrated, the Kansas City Current co-owner discussed the work that can come with being the partner of an NFL player. “We also get to enjoy life and do things that we love, too. Friday gave Brittany another chance to bring that family side of the Mahomes household to Arrowhead. Patrick never entered the game, the Chiefs never found the end zone, and nobody left with a preseason win.
