Belagavi : Allama Prabhu Swamiji of Naganur Rudrakshimutt said awareness of cybersecurity and entrepreneurship has become essential in the era of artificial intelligence and digital technology. Mahesh Vastrad, founder of Agamya Cyber Tech (ACT), said instead of looking abroad for prospects, youngsters should strive to build opportunities within the region. Prakash Dhabadi, managing director of Web Veer, said timely resolution of customer problems was crucial for business success.
He urged young people to focus on becoming job creators rather than merely seeking employment. Speaking at the valedictory of the two-day Agamya Tech Summit, organised at the RN Shetty Polytechnic College campus in collaboration with STEAM H Training and Research Foundation and SG Balekundri Institute of Technology (SGBIT), the seer called upon the youth of North Karnataka to create new opportunities in technology, cybersecurity and entrepreneurship. Venkatesh Patil, MD of Oxygen Private Limited, stressed the importance of awareness about data security, information security and customer success. Girish Badiger, programme officer at the Indian Institute of Science, Akshay Nayak, co-founder of ACT, and Deepa Patil were among those present.
