Pathak said the state health agency, State Agency for Comprehensive Health and Integrated Services (SACHIS), is developing the voice bot on the directions of CM Yogi Adityanath . SACHIS CEO Archana Verma said AI analysis will identify cases involving denied treatment, unauthorised charges, poor staff behaviour and other complaints for referral to operational teams. Pathak said patients will be asked whether they received treatment under the Ayushman scheme, faced any problems during treatment, received the services listed by the hospital and were satisfied with their care. Verma said feedback is currently collected through manual calls from a limited number of patients, while the AI system will enable SACHIS to collect responses from more patients and analyse the data for hospital monitoring and service improvement.
