Nagpur GRP said Aslam Shaikh, a BJP activist, and his friend took a train for Bhusawal in Jalgaon but the two got separated during the rush at the station. His family initially raised doubts of foul play. They were shown CCTV footage to show how Shaikh fell. Shaikh’s body is being brought to Mumbai, where his last rites will be performed.
