Lucknow: UP BJP chief Pankaj Chaudhary on Saturday announced the list of in charges for the 98 organisational districts. The move attains significance even as the saffron outfit aims to boost its organisational strength while mobilising the cadre.

Former state vice-president Triyambak Tripathi has been made the in charge of Lucknow metropolitan district. Likewise, state vice-president Neeraj Singh has been handed the charge of Rae Bareli. Ayodhya will be overseen by former state general secretary Anup Gupta. Varanasi district and Varanasi metropolitan area will be taken care of by MLA Arun Pathak. Similarly, former district president of Basti Mahesh Shukla has been appointed the district in charge of Gorakhpur city. Former state vice-president Rakesh Trivedi has been given the charge of Prayagraj.
