The father (M) of a Ketan Agarwal (L) suspects his son’s fiancée Siya’s (R) family members were involved
Referring to reports that Siya was secretly married to co-accused Chetan Chaudhary, Agarwal questioned why her family had allegedly tried to arrange her marriage with his son if the reports were true, PTI reported. PUNE: The father of realtor Ketan Agarwal, who was allegedly murdered by his fiancée Siya Goyal and her lover by pushing him off a cliff in June, has expressed suspicion about the alleged involvement of her family members in a conspiracy to kill his son. Agarwal expressed suspicion about the alleged involvement of other members of Siya Goyal’s family in the murder conspiracy.
He said he had approached the court seeking a copy of the chargesheet filed in the case and requested a notification appointing Ujjwal Nikam as the special public prosecutor. Speaking to PTI, he said, “I have not yet gone through the chargesheet. He said the investigation into the murder case was proceeding in the right direction. Agarwal said he had earlier approached chief minister Devendra Fadnavis seeking a fast-track trial and the appointment of Nikam as special public prosecutor.
