“All policies and decisions are being formulated keeping their mutual interests and future in mind,” he said, highlighting that UP has ranked first in the country for two consecutive years in the registration of new factories. The state will hold awareness workshops across key industrial belts to ease implementation,” said ACS, labour and employment, Ashish Kumar Goel. “The revamped system brings gig and platform workers into the formal social security net, backed by a centralized digital worker database,” she added.

Should any industry face issues or require govt support, department officials and the administration stand ready to resolve them. He affirmed govt’s commitment to walking hand in hand with industry to understand and address its challenges. “UP has notified most rules framed under the four consolidated central labour codes.
