Satej Patil announces Samvichari panel candidates for Gokul Dairy election
Kolhapur : Two coalition panels on Thursday announced 25 candidates each for elections in Kolhapur District Cooperative Milk Producers Federation, popularly known as Gokul Dairy. Satej Patil also announced the manifesto of Samvichari Aghadi, which will be taken to around 5,300 voters who are delegates of the primary milk societies. “We have decided to increase Gokul Dairy’s collection of milk from 20 lakh litres per day to 30 lakh litres per day.
On the other hand, Congress MLC Satej Patil-led Rajarshi Shahu Shetkari Samvichari Aghadi has announced prominent candidates such as Shashikant Patil Chuyekar, son of the founder of Gokul Dairy, Anandrao Patil Chuyekar, former MLA Raju Awale, former Kolhapur ZP vice-president Shashikant Khot and most of the candidates are associated with cooperative institutions.
