Doctors said such large cysts in the abdomen often grow slowly without major symptoms, so patients mistake them for weight gain or bloating. Senior ENT surgeon Dr Ajay Shukla said women should be careful if they feel constant heaviness or swelling in the lower abdomen. With timely diagnosis and expert surgery, the cyst was safely removed and the patient got immediate relief.
